You're responsible for how you use the service and for respecting rights holders and the laws of your country.

Nooktune isn't affiliated with third-party websites and isn't responsible for their content or availability.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. We may restrict access in case of abuse: automated requests, break-in attempts or violations of these terms.

Paid features are provided by subscription. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new version.
